SAVE THE DATE: 18th EPAC/EACN ANNUAL PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCE AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY

The 18^th EPAC/EACN Annual Professional Conference and General Assembly will take place in Rust, Austria, from 22 to 24 October 2018 under the heading “Multiple challenges require sustainable and interactive solutions”. This year’s conference will be hosted by the Austrian Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption (BAK) and will again provide an important platform for exchange and networking among our members.

Plenary sessions focusing among others on compliance and integrity as well as on recent international developments will be held. These plenary sessions will include speeches of senior representatives of different anti-corruption authorities (ACAs), police oversight bodies (POBs), non-governmental organizations, EU bodies and international organizations.

In parallel workshops, topics such as human rights in the context of anti-corruption investigations, complaints systems, corruption in health care systems and the “EU Integrity” project will be discussed interactively. Furthermore, a World Café will foster networking and exchange of opinions, in particular regarding views on and expectations for EPAC/EACN.
