EPAC/EACN held its second official Board meeting on 10 May 2022 in Vilnius, Lithuania. During the meeting, EPAC/EACN Board discussed about the implementation of the EPAC/EACN Work Programme 2022-2023 and plans for the Annual Professional Conferences, General Assemblies.

Board members also discussed questions of enhancing cooperation with other international networks such as International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (IAACA), as well as international organizations and monitoring bodies.

“There is a great value in learning from others, who might have found some solutions already. EPAC/EACN is a right place to share experiences and best practices. We will continue working together to ensure that our Network creates best possibilities for all its members to establish contacts and build trust for cooperation,” said Žydrūnas BARTKUS, EPAC/EACN President and Director of Lithuanian STT.

During the meeting, Board members also discussed how to further involve institutions and authorities in the activities of the Network. New ideas for more engaging conferences were brought up, as well as webinars and other online workshops specialized for specific interests of the Members.

At this point, three newly established task forces are about to set up its own work priorities and plans (Task force for Analysis and Policy Advice, Task force for Training and Transfer of Knowledge, Task force for Developing and Implementing Project Activities). Participation in these Task forces are still open for any volunteering persons from whole EPAC/EACN community.  If interested, please contact EPAC/EACN Secretariat.
